The children have all settled back after the Easter break and are working hard on their learning.
Maths
The children have been counting in 3, 6 and 9. We then used this learning and applied it to both times tables and division. They completed an assessment on this unit.
Irish
The kids sang a song about the circus in Irish. They also created their own sentences about where they went, what they saw and what they enjoyed
SESE
To celebrate earth day the kids researched facts about a part of the world. From the Galapagos islands to Australia the Antarctic and the river Nile. The kids learned about the negative effects humans have had on ecosystems and climates and what we can do to help
P.E
The kids took part in the Irish game of rounders. Today we had a game of tag rugby. The kids love the outdoors and sunshine.
