Congratulations to Adriana for getting Star of the Week last week!
Below is some of the work we completed this week:
English: We focused on writing to socialise.
Gaeilge: Our focus was on irregular verbs in the past tense. The children learned a poem based on the verbs and then practiced their understanding by using each verb in their own sentences.
Maths: the children completed an assessment on decimals this week and also engaged in revision activities.
SPHE: We discussed the importance of staying clean and healthy. The children explored postive habits and pracitcal ways to look after themselves.
Art: The children created beautiful hot air balloon sunset scenes.
Chrome books: The children designed and creative interactive quizzes to present to the class. They also continued to research Brazil for their projects in geography.
