Hi everyone, it's been a busy two weeks in Scoil Eoin Baiste. We have been hard at work practicing our singing for the upcoming Christmas plays, where our 4th class will be singing the songs for the infant classes nativity, as well as behaving very well for our swimming lessons in the Aura.
In English we have been practicing writing fictional stories, using our wide range of vocabulary to make an interesting story of escape and survival.
In maths we worked very hard on data and carried out a survey around the whole school, and made charts to show the data. We have also began to explore time, which the children are working hard to understand.
In Irish we are exploring Bia deeper and using the language in simple conversation. We will be able to say a lot of different foods in Irish before Christmas.
