A busy start to the month, we celebrated Kindness Week and we've seen some fabulous work and acts of kindness around the school!
🧮Maths: We continued our work on fractions this week, focusing on dividing fractions and creating ratios.
📝English: We continued to read our class novel, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. We also started exploring Narrative Writing and the elements involved in it.
☘️ Gaeilge: We moved on to our new topic An Aimsir. We have been having conversations about the weather and learning vocabulary about the Weather.
🎨Art: We worked on dioramas based on different climates around the world.
We designed fantastic posters to promote and celebrate kindness in our school as part of Kindness Week.
We also completed our WW2 projects.
