Hi everyone, welcome back after a lovely week break. Hoping everyone had a great time off, and didnt eat too much sweets and treats.
It didnt take long to get back in the swing of things in Scoil Eoin Baiste. The children picked up where we left off, learning new ways to complete our adding and subtracting.
In Irish we are beginning to explore Bia (food) listening to and using the names of foods and new phrases.
And we can see the children here reading some Acrostic poems they made all by themselves, able to use set letters to make fun and interesting lines about themselves and their favourite food, to link in with Bia.
