This week in 4th B the children brought our culinary skills to the kitchen where we made some very tasty brownies. The children practices their mixing skills and took turns making sure the mixture was blended just right.
In math, the children have been exploring decimals this week working hard at understanding the role of the decimal point and adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing decimal numbers.
In English, the children are further developing their knowledge of synonyms, antonyms and idioms, thinking of words they know, them finding a synonym and antonym for the words. They also have explored some idioms, becoming aware of their meanings, and trying g to use them in their own sentences.
