As January comes to an end, have a look at the topics we have been exploring in 6th class,
In Maths we worked on solving number sentences and word problems using calculators.
We continued reading our novel and carried out a language hunt in the chapters we had read, looking for verbs, adverbs, common and proper nouns, to name a few.
We concluded our topic of Bia in Gaeilge this week. The class enjoyed loop games and dramas based on "Sa Bhialann".
We finished our World War 2 projects which will be presented to the class on Friday.
We read the story of St. Brigid and created beautiful artwork inspired by the story of her cloak.
I look forward to meeting parents at our Meet the Teacher on the 4th February at 9.30am.
