Here are some of the topics we covered this week:
English – We have been working on report writing. The children created a plan for a report on an animal of their choice using Book Creator. They then transferred their notes from the plan onto a card for display in the school.
Gaeilge – We explored the topic ‘An Cháisc’. The children followed instructions to design their own Easter eggs.
Maths – We continued our work on decimals.
Religion – We learned about Holy Week and the days leading up to Easter.
Music – We have been practicing the cup song in Irish.
History – We were learning about the Romans.
Art – The children created some lovely Spring lambs.
