What a buzzy week we’ve had exploring the world of minibeasts!
The children discovered all sorts of fascinating creatures including:
- 🐛 Caterpillars
- 🕷️ Spiders
- 🐜 Ants
- 🪱 Worms
- 🐞 Woodlice & Centipedes
- 🐞 Ladybirds
We got creative in art by making our own bee pictures 🐝 and put our maths skills to work by counting the spots on butterflies 🦋. Along the way, we learned fun facts about each insect and what makes them special.
We heading outside to see if we could spot any of these minibeasts in the wild! 🌿🔍
