This week we continued with the theme of An Scoil. We are working on classroom vocabulary at the moment.
Homework
There will be a spelling test on Friday morning using 10 random spellings from the week.
- Maths - Sheet with sections labelled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to be completed nightly. Marked every morning in class. Please encourage pupils to try their best and if there is an issue it will be addressed in the morning. Questions across any given week tend to be quite similar and a deeper understanding should develop each night, leading to more confidence.
- English - Nightly spellings divided into four groups for Monday-Thursday. 10 will be chosen at random on Friday mornings for a spelling test. Please ensure that the activities on the back of the sheet are completed by Friday morning for correction.
Congratulations to our pupils of the week, our Mystery Box winner, and our Writing Award winner.
Thank you,
Mr Rice
