Hi everyone. A little snapshot of what has happened in school this week
Maths
The children have revised rounding of numbers up and down to the nearest ten and hundred. The children have been shown multiple strategies for adding and subtracting discussing how they think each method might work and which one they like best. The children have also used concrete objects to show thier thinking.

We have focused on the clock. The children have learned the important elements of saying the time. Ta se(it is)

We studied the life cycle of a frog and then wrote our own version for the life cycle of a plant
SESE
We studied the inside of the human body. Learning the different organs and their jobs. We integrated this with PE and studied heart rates.
Wellbeing
We have continued with our daily walk and talk. A key time to share our news with friends
