We had a busy start to term 3 in 6th class with the preparations for Confirmation in full swing.
We spent a lot of time practising for the ceremony, doing art work and practising music.
🧮 Maths: We worked on division this week, in particular long division. We worked in word problems involving decimals and division.
✏️ English: We worked on comprehension work and skimming and scanning skills for comprehension.
🇮🇪 Gaeilge: We did comprehension work in Irish, working on identifying verb tenses and finding information in the text.
The pupils created wonderful art work for Confirmation and have put huge efforts into preparing for the ceremony. A huge well done to all the pupils for their efforts and we look forward to celebrating with you all tomorrow ✨
