This week in English we have been reading a funny story called 'The Runaway Pram.' The children loved reading this fictional story and learning lots of new vocabulary through our story. We played a lot of listening and vocabulary games this week too. The children particularly enjoyed playing 'Articulate.'
For Math this week we have been working on rounding numbers and using a range of strategies to add 4 and 5 digit numbers together. We will continue to work on these strategies over the next few weeks.
In Gaeilge, we have been working on verbs through the topic of 'Mé Féin.' We played lots of games this week and each day added new verbs to learn. The children are showing great improvement at this.
In Art, we are learning about Banksy and creating our own stencil art.
