This week, we have been settling back into our routine after the Easter Holidays, have a look below at what we have been getting up to,
🗓️ Maths:
We have been working on the topic of Time.
We have been exploring the duration of journeys, timetables and also the calendar.

📚 English:
We have been working on our handwriting this week & laying out our work neatly.
We looked at alphabetical order and read interesting stories about Victorian Times & journeys to Space.
🇮🇪 Gaeilge:
Our theme this week was An Teilifis.
We took part in group work, looking at TV schedules and learning the vocabulary for different types of TV programs.
🎨 Art:
We've been creating some lovely "Crazy Hair" pictures.
🌍 Geography:
This week we researched and learned about Denmark.
We've learned lots of interesting facts and started group projects on the country.

⚽ PE:
This week we worked on kicking and catching skills through ball games, including rounders.
We also had our first GAA session this week, which will run for the next 4 weeks.
