Maths
This week we began looking at time. We learned what activities we do in the morning, afternoon, evening and night time.
💚Irish
We have continued looking at Bia, meaning food. The children have been learning to discuss what food they like and dislike, and what they have with them in their school lunch boxes at break time.
📖English
The children have been looking at the 'ck' sound that appears at the end of words. This weeks tricky words were 'said', 'here', 'there' and 'they'. We have been reading class books together and discussing what the story was about.
Music 🎵We learned how to sing 'Away in a manger' in preparation for our class School Nativity Play.
Religion
This week we are learning about the Angle Gabriel who came to Mary with a special announcement.
For PE, we did some outdoor exercise.
