Written Recount
This week, we wrote a recount about our wonderful school tour to Emerald Park. We documented our day in the order it happened, including every detail we could remember.
An Post
An Post invited children for the month of May to write to their future selves, so we wrote a letter to ourselves that will be returned to our home address a year from now. We're excited to post these letters today. This was a free initiative by An Post.
Standardised Testing
We also completed our standardised testing in English and Maths. Any child who missed their test will be taken to complete it in due course.
Junior Entrepreneur
We continued to work on our Junior Entrepreneur projects and submitted some innovative ideas to the judges to get their feedback.
We're collecting old candles that are no longer wanted, which can be sent to 6th class. We're busy preparing our products for our upcoming sale.
